To assure a pleasant course of events...
... we ask that you please send us a letterhead with your original company logo so that we can put up signs leading to your convention rooms. You can also send us the logo by e-mail!
... we will be pleased to greet you on the reserved date. A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks prior to the event. We will try to otherwise rent out the room. If this is not possible we must bill you for our minimum loss of 80% of the convention rate.
... your rooms are at your disposal at 3 p.m. on your arrival date and up to 11 a.m. on your departure date. Check-out at a later time is only possible as an exception and after consultation with the reception desk.
... please forward an exact listing of the required number of rooms and the names of your guests three weeks prior to the event to ensure an uncomplicated check-in!
Cancellation of rooms is free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival, short notice cancellations will be charged according to the DEHOGA (German Hotel and Guest House Association) rules and regulations. The current value added tax is included in all our prices, overnight stay plus city visitor’s tax (1.30 Euro per person & day – arrival and departure day are regarded as one overnight).
