We have compiled the most important information so you can plan and enjoy your stay at Bollants Spa im Park in complete comfort. Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about your visit to Bad Sobernheim, including arrival times, spa access, restaurants, and treatments.

Your room at Bollants Spa im Park is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Booked lodges are ready from 4.00pm, letting you begin your stay at our wellness hotel in Bad Sobernheim feeling relaxed from the very first moment.

On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by noon. Late check-out is available, subject to availability. For use of the room between noon and 6.00pm, we charge €100. Please speak to reception for arrangements.

The spa facilities at Bollants are available to you free of charge from 10.00am on your day of arrival. You will receive your wellness bag and bathrobe at spa reception.

You are also welcome to continue using the spa on your day of departure. For extended wellness access until 7.00pm, we charge €15 per person.

Gift vouchers from Bollants Spa im Park are valid for three years, calculated from the end of the year in which they were issued. They may be redeemed until 31 December of the final year of validity. We are happy to issue vouchers for specific packages or stays, adjusted to current prices. Please bring your printed voucher and hand it in at reception upon check-in. Further information can be found in our terms and conditions.

Most rooms, suites, and lodges are located in the main grounds of Bollants Spa im Park at Felkestraße 100 in Bad Sobernheim. Additional rooms are situated in the Landhaus at Korczakstraße 18, approximately three minutes by car or ten minutes on foot.

The various room categories are spread across the estate’s guest houses, including Haus Emanuel, Haus Johanna, Halenberg, Hermannshof, and the Lodges am Berg.

At Bollants Spa im Park, several restaurants await you in Bad Sobernheim. The Villa restaurant serves a new three-course menu in the evening each day.

For lunch, we recommend the LINDEN Bar & Lounge, open daily from 12.30pm. Reservations are required for The Hermannshof. External guests are also welcome by prior arrangement.

We recommend booking spa treatments approximately four weeks before your arrival. Short-notice appointments are subject to availability. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of treatment. After that, the full cost will be charged. You will receive your personal treatment plan on arrival.

At Bollants Spa im Park, an established fasting hotel in Germany's Rhineland-Palatinate, we offer two fasting programmes: the classic therapeutic fast in the Felke tradition, and the alkaline balance week. Both programmes are professionally supervised and individually tailored.

We will send you a payment link for convenient advance payment for your stay. You can use this link to pay for your booking online.

Your reservation is confirmed once we have received your signed confirmation. For non-refundable early-booking rates, the booking is guaranteed upon payment via the payment link. The room category is assured; specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed.

Free cancellation is possible up to seven days before arrival. After that, 100% of the room rate will be charged. Rebookings are free of charge up to eight days before arrival; price differences may apply.

Non-refundable early-booking rates must be paid in advance and cannot be cancelled free of charge.

Pets are welcome at Bollants Spa im Park. Please note that dogs are not permitted in restaurants, the bar, wellness areas, or the hotel park. The surcharge is €50 per stay.

Complimentary parking is available directly at the hotel grounds and at the Landhaus.

Bollants Spa im Park has a charging station with two spaces for electric vehicles. A charge costs €20. Please register at reception to activate the charging card.

Day Spa for External Guests

Even if you are not staying overnight, we warmly invite you to leave everyday life behind for a few hours. As a day spa guest, you enjoy full access to our wellness facilities and the same first-class service we offer our hotel guests. We look forward to creating a memorable retreat for your personal time-out.
