Your Responsibilities

Complaints and Quality Management

  • Proactively soliciting guest feedback
  • Close coordination with the front desk and reservations management
  • Targeted handling and resolution of guest complaints
  • Management of guest relations systems | Kunleisys | Google
  • Continuous analysis of instant feedback (social media, Google, etc.)
  • Development of complaint handling procedures and training of front office staff
  • Support with all front office tasks as needed


VIP Services

  • Personal greeting and rooming of designated guests
  • Development of special guest experiences
  • Coordination of VIP arrivals, including room assignments
  • Preparation of personalized VIP letters

Your Profile

  • A successfully completed vocational training program in the hospitality industry or a related field
  • Professional and managerial experience in a similar or deputy position in the upscale hospitality industry, or several years of experience as a shift supervisor (2–3 years)
  • Ideally, experience with Opera Cloud
  • Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
  • Enjoyment of work, reliability, and team spirit
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good English skills
