Revenue & Reservations Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing revenue management strategies
  • Analyzing market trends, competitors, demand, and forecast data
  • Managing and maintaining pricing and availability structures across all distribution channels
  • Overseeing reservation management, including quality assurance
  • Preparing reports, forecasts, and budget plans
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office
  • Monitoring and optimizing booking processes and the customer experience
  • Training the team in upselling, yield management, and reservation standards

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in hospitality, tourism, or business administration
  • Several years of experience in revenue management and/or reservations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with KPIs
  • Knowledge of common PMS, RMS, and channel management systems
  • Strong IT skills and excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Structured, results-oriented, and independent work style
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and service-minded
  • Excellent German and English language skills
