Your Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm welcome and personalized service to our wellness guests
  • Advising our guests on wellness, beauty, and massage services
  • Receiving, coordinating, and managing SPA appointment bookings
  • Organizing and coordinating treatment rooms and services
  • Selling wellness treatments, gift certificates, and spa products
  • Preparing and processing invoices and cash register settlements
  • Manning the spa reception desk and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly
  • Answering questions about our wellness area and hotel offerings
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and service
  • Maintaining guest records and handling inquiries by phone and email

Your Profile

  • Experience in reception, hospitality, spa, or wellness is a plus
  • Strong service and guest-oriented mindset
  • Friendly, warm, and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
  • Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well in a team
  • Proficiency with common computer and point-of-sale systems
  • Good knowledge of German; additional foreign languages, especially English, are a plus
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
