Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the entire spa area
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting the spa team
  • Organizing and coordinating daily workflows
  • Ensuring our high standards of quality and service
  • Providing care and advice to our guests
  • Coordinating treatments, services, and scheduling
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees
  • Monitoring hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Handling guest requests and managing feedback professionally
  • Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Contributing to the further development of our wellness offerings

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in the spa or wellness industry
  • Ideally, initial experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Strong focus on service and guest satisfaction
  • Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Team spirit and a passion for motivating and developing employees
  • Good German skills and, ideally, English skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
