Moments to savour in the Bollants park

A centuries-old linden tree stands at the heart of the Bollants park, planted by the founding family of the Kurhaus as a tree of peace. Today it is a cherished place of calm and the namesake of the LINDEN Bar & Lounge: a place to gather, savour good food, and while away relaxed hours at Bollants Spa im Park in Bad Sobernheim.

A sense of home, elegantly realised

The LINDEN Bar & Lounge is set within the Villa building, where modern design meets natural materials. Warm tones, wood, and leather create an inviting atmosphere that echoes the landscape of the Nahe valley. Generous windows open onto views of the park, blurring the boundary between indoors and out.

In the summer months, the space flows out to the terrace, pool, and park grounds. Here at Bollants Spa im Park, we take regional character, comfort, and an easy, welcoming hospitality as the hallmarks of the bar.

Time out beneath the linden

At midday, the park terrace invites you to freshly prepared dishes in the open air. Come evening, the LINDEN Bar & Lounge is the place for a sundowner in the Nahe valley. Beneath the old linden tree, quiet moments unfold, accompanied by the sounds of the park and the gentle atmosphere of the hotel.

Aromatic drinks from the herb garden

Our cocktail menu brings together classic bar craft and regional herbs and spices. Inspired by the herbal wisdom of Hildegard von Bingen, our drinks draw on ingredients from the hotel's own herb garden. Basil, lavender, lemongrass, chilli, and thyme lend familiar cocktails an unexpected twist. It all makes the bar at Bollants a place worth lingering in.

Wines from the Nahe region

The LINDEN Bar & Lounge offers around 30 wines by the glass, many from the Nahe wine-growing region. Some of our wines are exclusive to Bollants, bottled specially by local vintners.

The selection is rounded off by sparkling wines from local estates, champagne, and regional spirits including grappa, marc, and fruit brandies. Vegan wines also feature on the list. Our team is happy to help you choose.

Regional flavours from lunch to evening

The bar opens at midday. The focus is on fresh, regional cooking following the farm-to-table principle. A daily lunch special built around regional produce sits alongside the à la carte menu of bar food, wholesome bowls, salads, and regional favourites.

Spend the afternoon over homemade pastries and carefully chosen coffee specialities. A firm favourite: the Bollants lemon tart to round things off.

Culinary events at the LINDEN Bar & Lounge

Regular events make the LINDEN Bar & Lounge a destination in the Nahe valley. These include wine tastings, cocktail masterclasses, live music evenings, and culinary events such as 'Red Wine & Red Meat'.

Our 'Wine & Dine' vintner's menu pairs Nahe wines with each course, letting the region come alive on the plate. The LINDEN Bar & Lounge is part of Bollants Spa im Park, and equally a place for guests from Bad Sobernheim and the wider Nahe region.
