Adults only

We are an adults-only establishment and warmly welcome guests aged 16 and older.

Friends’ Lodge

Up to four guests can stay in the Heimat Lodge. The third and fourth person pay just €129 per night each.

Double Room

Certain guest rooms feature pull-out sofas with high-quality mattresses, or even a small second bedroom. The supplement from the third person onwards is €129 per person per night.

Lifts: our tip for the active

Only the guest rooms in Gästehaus Halenberg, the spa area, and The Villa restaurant have a lift.

Lodges on the hill: for the active only

The Heimat and Spa Lodges are set on the hillside and can only be reached on foot (no shuttle service; luggage service available on arrival and departure).

Pets

€50 per stay. Only by prior reservation in designated rooms. Please note that pets are not permitted in the spa, the park, or the spa garden.

Arrival & Departure

• Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and until 11.00am on the day of departure. The Heimat Lodges are available from 4.00pm, with departure by 11.00am.
• Please note that a day-room supplement for the booked room category applies after 11.00am.

Early Spa Before Arrival / Late Spa Check-Out:

• If you would like to arrive early or stay on to enjoy the spa, you are welcome to use the bollants. SPA free of charge from 10.00am on your day of arrival, well before your 3.00pm check-in.
• For extended spa use until 7.00pm on the day of departure, we charge a supplement of just €15 per person.

Smoking

Bollants is a non-smoking hotel! Smoking is permitted in the park and on room balconies.

Billing

• All room rates are subject to a municipal spa tax of €1.30 per person per day.
• The bill at the end of your stay can be settled by debit card or in cash.

Restaurants

• The Villa is open daily for breakfast and dinner, for hotel guests only.
• The Hermannshof is currently closed.

Booking and Cancellation

• If you would like to book a stay in the coming months, you may do so with free cancellation up to seven days before arrival, either through our reservations team or our online booking portal. After that, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked services applies. Rebooking is also possible free of charge up to eight days before arrival.
• We recommend Bollants travel protection at €5 per person per night, which can be arranged at the time of booking.

Wellness Appointments

• We strongly recommend booking wellness treatments 14 days before arrival. The times of booked wellness treatments are confirmed only on the day of arrival. Treatment times for the following days will be communicated upon arrival. Our wellness reception is available for you Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.!

• The Villa breakfast buffet with fine specialities from the Soonwald and Nahe region, fresh fruit juices, homemade preserves, and bread and rolls from the local Nahe-Landbäcker bakery
• The Villa restaurant with a choice of three-course menus in the evening (additional charges apply for guests not on half board)

• The meditative Felke nature trail along the river, starting right next to the hotel entrance
• A variety of walking and jogging routes, with rucksacks to borrow
• Our tip: join the Felke Fit programme. There is no better way to start your day. Together we get active in the early morning, stimulating circulation and strengthening the immune system. Alternating daily: 30 minutes of walking followed by 30 minutes of stretching and strengthening exercises. Then on to the seated water therapy, where you gradually acquaint yourself with the cold water, first standing, then sitting. Afterwards, you pat yourself along the acupuncture meridians to stimulate your energy flow. Round off your morning with aqua gym in the outdoor pool, relax with a cup of ginger tea, and look forward to a wonderfully invigorating day.
