Felke Med therapeutic fasting at Bollants
Fast holistically, regenerate, and find new energy
Therapeutic fasting creates space for a lasting fresh start. Step back from everyday life and turn your focus to your health. At Bollants Spa im Park, we accompany you through Felke-style therapeutic fasting with a holistic approach that addresses body and mind in equal measure. Many guests use this time to relieve the organism, gain new energy, and carry healthy impulses into their daily routine for the long term.
From preparation through to aftercare, you are supported by experts throughout. Medical supervision, personal advice, and a clear structure provide security and direction across the entire fasting period. A calm setting, a varied accompanying programme, and individually expandable therapy options create the right environment for therapeutic fasting in Bad Sobernheim.
Therapeutic fasting time
Many guests start with a preventive short fast of five days to ease into a conscious change of diet or to develop new lifestyle habits. For lasting effects, we recommend preventive therapeutic fasting for healthy people with a duration of five to seven days. You can do this programme once a year.
For therapeutic indications or chronic conditions, longer fasting periods are generally needed. Felke therapeutic fasting runs for a minimum of fourteen days to achieve a deeper effect and, under medical supervision, produce stable results.
Therapeutic fasting programme
For a safe and pleasant fasting experience, you receive individual guidance, regular medical monitoring, and personal advice as part of our food coaching. Fasting circles provide additional space for exchange and mutual motivation between participants.
Felke Med therapeutic fasting also includes selected healing clay treatments for gentle detoxification, as well as movement and relaxation sessions. These support the fasting process and promote regeneration, inner calm, and physical wellbeing.
Nutrition during therapeutic fasting
Therapeutic fasting does not mean going without nutrients. Felke therapeutic fasting includes herbal teas, reverse-osmosis-purified water, clear vegetable broths, and freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices. These are complemented by targeted mineral therapy.
This keeps the body well supplied with vitamins and minerals throughout the fasting period, while actively supporting the organism’s natural cleansing and regenerative processes.
