Therapeutic fasting period
The majority of our guests today make use of the preventative, short-term fasting of five days as a way to get started on a new form of diet, or to find a change to their lifestyles. In the case of chronic diseases, longer periods of fasting, often over weeks, are necessary. We distinguish between the shorter, preventative therapeutic fasting for healthy people – here, 7 - 10 days are already enough for long-lasting results. Healing therapeutic fasting requires at least 14 days for an intensive effect.
