Deputy Hotel Director (m/f/d)

in full time for immediate start or according to agreement.

Your tasks

  • In the absence of the director you will take over the provisional management of the hotel
  • You like to take the role model function, you are host and representative
  • You are responsible for all business excellence processes together with the director
  • You are able to develop solutions and recommendations, and implement them in coordination with all stakeholders
  • You are willing to provide MOD services on weekends when needed
  • Enjoy working with new media and digitalization
  • Coordinate and optimize in-house work processes and standards
  • Ensure highest possible guest satisfaction with guest relations and complaint management
  • Supporting the hotel director in conducting daily and weekly meetings as well as annual employee reviews
  • Creation, implementation, realization and monitoring of all corporate guidelines and internal processes
  • Market and competition analyses, resulting in the adjustment of the current offer
  • Knowledge of revenue management
  • Contact person for the department manager team
  • You take over budget responsibility and work out targets


  • You have several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, a completed vocational training or a corresponding degree
  • You already have experience in the field of pricing management
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English
  • You come from the Rooms or F&B segment, and have experience as a department manager
  • You have an affinity for systems and are very confident with MS Office products
  • You have extensive commercial know-how, a strong understanding of numbers and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills are a matter of course for you
  • You are characterized by a strong team spirit with friendly manners as well as high quality awareness and reliability
  • You have very good leadership skills as well as project management skills
