Our tip - join the Felke-fit programme...there's no more dynamic way to start the day!  Together we get active early in the morning, stimulate the circulation and strengthen the immune system:

  • Alternating daily: 30 minutes walking - 30 minutes stretching and strengthening
  • Then it's off to the seated friction bath, where you will gradually familiarise yourself with the cold water. First standing, then sitting. Finally, clap your hands along the acupuncture pathways to stimulate your energy circulation.
  • Finish your activity programme with aquagym in the outdoor pool, relax with a cup of ginger tea and look forward to a wonderfully invigorating day.
