Spend extraordinary moments in the well-tempered sauna or the beautifully designed relaxation room with an adjoining terrace. Get active with Hatha Yoga or Hot Yoga and relax with soothing meditation sessions. Every day of the week one of the seven chakras is in focus. If you like, get involved in this special experience of chakra work, which should lead to inner balance and mindfulness. You will receive small suitable treatments, chakra tea and gemstone water as well as your personal mindfulness card with tips and information about the chakra of the day. The number of visitors is limited.
