Alkaline fasting time

We recommend our Felke Alkaline Balance Week (5, 7 or 10 days) to familiarise yourself with the topic or to carry out alkaline fasting under guidance and with like-minded people. It can be the starting point for a fundamental change in diet - away from foods that over-acidify the body and towards a low-acid diet. An alkaline fasting week should be organised at least once a year to review and adjust your eating habits.
