The name “Jungborn” evokes the founding period of the former “Felke-Jungborn Kurhaus Dhonau”, today the BollAnts. In the early 20th century, a Jungborn denoted establishments that had devoted themselves to a holistic lifestyle through healthy nutrition. 

Today, Jens Fischer and Philipp Helzle cook in the “Jungborn”, a modernly furnished vault. Our guests have already voted the team as “American Express Service Oasis” several times for their excellent service and special ambiance. The Michelin Guide has rated the cooking with a Michelin star for years.
